At nearly 1200 meters altitude, nestled between fields, forests and wide open spaces, surrounded by unspoiled landscapes, our family-run hotel offers a true breath of fresh air for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. Concrete eco-commitments: Respectful of the surrounding nature, Le Pré Fillet strives to minimize its environmental impact. This translates into responsible resource management (pellet boiler, solar panels, predominantly LED lighting, etc.), waste sorting and recycling, and the promotion of local sourcing.

Housed in a former farmhouse that has been a hotel and restaurant for several generations, Le Pré Fillet cultivates a warm and deeply restorative atmosphere. It offers facilities and amenities that make it an ideal place to reconnect with what truly matters in the Haut-Jura region.

Before becoming the hotel and restaurant it is today, Le Pré Fillet was an old farmhouse. In 1966, Raymond and Colette Grosrey bought the building and transformed it into a small country bistro after closing their cheese shop. A few years later, the establishment expanded with the addition of guest rooms to accommodate workers on the nearby high-voltage power line. Between the 1970s and 1980s, Le Pré Fillet gradually became a true family-run hotel and restaurant. 

Their son, Patrick, then joined the business with his wife, Marie-Noële. Together, they continually modernize the establishment: new rooms, a seminar room, a wellness area, an elevator, and regular renovations. 

Today, the entire team, present for many years, perpetuates the family tradition with the same passion and warm spirit passed down for nearly 60 years.
